You may browse the site for your own information needs and download free resources for internal use. You must keep account or download links secure and notify us if you suspect misuse. We may update, suspend, or withdraw parts of the site to maintain performance or security. Content is provided for general information and education. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Services and bookings
Service details, fees, and timelines are set out in a proposal or order. A booking is confirmed when you accept our proposal or we confirm in writing. You agree to provide timely information and access needed to deliver the work. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes which will be added where required.
Confidentiality and data protection
Each party may share information that is confidential. Both parties will keep such information secret, use it only to deliver or receive services, and protect it with reasonable safeguards. If you provide personal data, we process it as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive or confidential data unless it is necessary and approved. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations including records, consents, and retention rules.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule a confirmed workshop with at least 7 days notice. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, we may charge up to 50 percent of the fee to cover preparation time. If we need to reschedule due to illness or events outside our control, we will offer new dates as soon as possible. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control.
Warranties and disclaimers
We deliver services with reasonable care and skill. Except as stated in these terms, the site and resources are provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content is error free. Guidance is educational. You should verify outputs and obtain professional advice where decisions carry risk.
Third party services and links
Our site may reference third party tools or resources for illustration. We are not responsible for external sites and do not control their content or policies.
